Syros N.V. is a limited company since 1992. It focuses on providing healthy, tasty and authentic exotic food specialties to its clients. Its aim is to offer an excellent service.

• Syros N.V. evolved rapidly from avocado import and distribution to further include guacamole produced under its own recipe, or the recipe asked for by the client, lime products and Chakalaka® salsa’s prepared in its own facilities.
• The expansion continues in order to provide clients all over Europe with its delicious products.
• Production, recipe and packaging of all products can be adapted according to the clients’ wishes.
• End users are to be found in the food service, retail sector and food industry. All of them are companies with an excellent reputation and well known by the greater public.
• Imports are from South-Africa and Latin America.
• The Chakalaka® salsa’s and the fresh guacamole are produced by Syros in Belgium.

Syros is proud to be among the very few, worldwide, to deliver exclusive pasteurised avocado and guacamole products. The HPP formula only uses ultra high pressure, no heat which would damage the taste.

Syros NV was created and is directed by Jean-Marie Boels, who was already active in the high quality food sector before. His two sons, Mathias and Bram joined him in the management of the business. They are responsible for Quality and R&D and for Sales & Marketing.
